Padraig O’Sullivan BBS, FCA
partner & founder
Padraig co-founded the firm in 2004, having gained valuable experience since graduating from the University of Limerick in 1995. He previously worked in FEXCO and in private practice. He also lectured in Accountancy for the IPA Business Studies Degree Programme for a number of years.
Padraig qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002.
He specialises in accounting, taxation, advisory services for organizations and individuals across a broad sector of business.
Gearoid Condon FCA
partner
Gearoid joined the firm in 2026, bringing with him 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and business consultant. He qualified as an ACA in 2001 and has since built a strong reputation for delivering clear, commercially focused advice to SME business owners across a wide range of sectors.
Throughout his career, Gearoid has worked with both start‑ups and established businesses to improve how they operate, with particular emphasis on growth, efficiency, and structuring their operations for long term success. His background includes senior roles in practice and industry, giving him deep insight into the operational and strategic challenges faced by Irish businesses.
Gearoid also has a strong understanding of the Irish tax system and regulatory environment, enabling him to support clients with practical, solutions driven guidance. He is responsible for providing audit, accounting, tax advisory and planning, and business advisory services, helping clients navigate day to day compliance while also supporting their long term strategic decision making.
